In this regard, you will not hold Smiggle liable for any loss, harm or damages incurred by you by acting on, clicking on, or following any advertisements or promotions you may encounter by using the product.
8. You will use Smiggle in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your chats any offensive references, language, or any confidential info of any third person.
9. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other users to buy or sell any products or services through the site.
10. You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our specific prior written consent.
11. You will not harvest or collect personal info about other users whether or not for commercial purposes, without their consent.
12. You take full responsibility for exchanging contact information with other users and with meeting or establishing contact with them and will not hold Smiggle liable for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result there from.
13. Charges for Smiggle vary according to region (Wap bearer and Data charges apply). Charges are for features such as chatting, sending shoutouts, uploading pictures.
14. You will be informed of the charges applicable to your region upon subscribing or registering on Smiggle and you will need to accept these charges before you are able to register.
15. Rate 'n Date Mobile (Pty) Ltd is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure.
